Zulu & Zephyr offers a flexible return policy allowing you to return full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene liners and garment tags remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
